30 days return or money back guarantee
Every order from Zedapower.comes with a 30-day return or money-back guarantee. You have the right to apply for a refund or return within 30 days of receiving the product. To file a claim, please follow the instructions below.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us via email address (james0720@yeah.net) to request a refund or return, but please keep the following points in mind during the process:
- Returns must be applied within 30 daysafter receiving the order.
- In order for you to receive a full refund, the product must be returned in its original condition. Products with scratches, other damage, or signs of use will not be returned and all components included in the original order must also be returned.
- If the return is due to our error (for example, when the product received by the consumer is defective, incorrectly shipped, damaged in transit or otherwise defective), the consumer does not need to bear the shipping cost and does not need to pay a restocking fee.
- Orders received more than 30 days after the date of receipt are not eligible for refunds according to our program terms.
- You return items to our return address without our permission. We will not accept your refund request.
All returns are inspected upon receipt. The inspection process is expected to take 2-5 business days. Once we receive your return and complete inspection, your refund will be processed immediately. The refund will be credited to your payment account within 2 business days after the inspection is completed. If your return does not pass our returns inspection, you may be charged a 15% restocking fee, or you may not be eligible for a refund at all.
Return process
- If you need to return an item, please contact us in advance. Please email us a picture of the item in question; for example: email us a picture of an item with quality-related issues or incorrect dimensions. Email: james0720@yeah.net
- Please include the following information in your return package:
- The order number and product SKU of the product you want to return.
- Reasons for return.
- Please note that we can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from Zedapower.com
If your return reason is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package.
Return fees
There is no restocking fee for the customer, and free returns are available when the item is defective, shipped in error, damaged in transit, or otherwise defective.
Note:
- Customers must first send clear photos or videos of the damaged or defective products and shipping packaging before we can accept your request. Please use good lighting and a medium to close range so we can identify and verify the problem. Please send attachments to: james0720@yeah.net
- After Zedapower.com receives the returned product and confirms that the product is defective, the return shipping fee will be refunded based on the valid return receipt. For example, if return shipping costs $35, we will refund the customer the equivalent $35. Return shipping refund requests without a valid return receipt will not be accepted
- 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee for unused items
- All product links are set up with free shipping. When the order is refunded or returned, the shipping fee will not be deducted and we will refund the full amount.
